"I am delighted that the Hungarian Association of British Alumni is entering the digital age! A digital presence provides additional ways to stay connected, share ideas and to reach out to partners, new members and the public.

In recent years we have seen a remarkable increase in Hungarians studying in the UK, one of the biggest increases among European countries.  Public perception internationally is that studying in the UK is a marvelous experience and a springboard to advancing your career.  Not surprising really when one considers that British universities are invariably among the top-ranked universities in the world.  They have a well-earned reputation for welcoming international talent.  In many parts of the world, British university alumni networks are great clubs to belong to and efficient and influential partners in building professional links and deeper collaboration across all sectors.  I can vouch for this from my own experience in Hong Kong and Japan.

The UK is committed to ensuring that our two countries continue to benefit from the opportunities that educational exchange offers. I see the Hungarian Association of British Alumni as a key ally and crucial delivery partner in this shared mission."
